Beta software
TRAKCAST is pre-release software and may contain defects, change, or be discontinued. Keep a tested backup broadcasting procedure and do not rely on uninterrupted operation.
Authorized use
You may connect only to stations and systems you are authorized to operate. You must not circumvent access controls, attempt an unauthorized live-source takeover, disrupt services, probe systems, or use TRAKCAST unlawfully.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for station credentials and their security; the music, recording, performance, and broadcasting rights required for your programming; compliance with laws and provider agreements; and the accuracy and appropriateness of transmitted content and metadata.
Live source and AutoDJ
Taking a live source may interrupt or replace AutoDJ depending on station configuration. Restoration behavior can depend on your provider. Verify the handoff and maintain a backup path.
Third-party services
Streaming hosts, Serato public pages, MusicBrainz, Cover Art Archive, Discogs, and other services are operated independently. Their availability, data, and policies can change, and no provider endorses TRAKCAST.
Intellectual property
TRAKCAST and its original materials are owned by TTT Radio Network or its licensors. Third-party software and data remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-a-particular-purpose operation. Artwork and metadata are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TTT Radio Network will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of broadcasts, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the beta. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and applicable law
Access may be suspended or discontinued for misuse, security reasons, or the end of the beta. These terms are governed by applicable law without designating a jurisdiction here; required consumer protections continue to apply.
